Voskhod is a Russian electronics factory based in Kaluga, best known among audio enthusiasts for the receiving and signal vacuum tubes it has produced since the Soviet era. The plant also manufactures integrated circuits and semiconductors, but within the music-gear world it is recognized almost exclusively for its tubes, which carry a distinctive stylized rocket logo stamped on the glass.

The Kaluga factory built its reputation supplying high-reliability valves for Soviet military and aerospace applications, and those same tubes have since become sought-after NOS (new-old-stock) options for hi-fi amplifiers, guitar amplifiers, and tube-based effects. Commonly encountered Voskhod types include the 6N2P-EV (a dual triode often used in place of the 12AX7/ECC83), the 6N1P-EV (comparable to the ECC88/6DJ8), and the 6J1P-EV / 6ZH1P-EV miniature pentode used in preamp and HF amplification stages. The -EV suffix designates the extended-life, ruggedized military-spec versions the plant is most prized for.

Voskhod tubes are typically bought through tube-specialty retailers and secondhand markets rather than directly from the factory, and they are frequently used as drop-in upgrades or tone replacements in guitar preamps, tube microphones, and boutique audio gear. Pedal and amp builders sometimes specify Voskhod glass by name when a circuit design calls for a particular Soviet tube character.
