Very nice hi-hats. Crisp and clear. Not too high or ring-y.
Very nice ride. Mine is from '77 or '79 if my memory serves.
I love this set. Mine are the fancy blue fish (not Midnight -- the other one) and are the five piece iteration. Sweet set, definitely the best sounding of the beginner range drum sets!
It's a pretty nice replica, but mine has fret buzz like a b*tch.
This is hands down my favourite guitar. You can get amazing sounds out of it. Definitely not limited to Andy Summers' tones. This guitar was modified by the Painted Player, a guitar company in the UK, to replicate what Andy Summers' guitar would've looked like when he got it from his student. It has all the Andy fixin's: a brass bridge, Seymour Duncan Humbucker, built-in tube distortion emulation circuit with bypass, pickup phase switch, and locking Schaller tuners. Absolutely magnificent. If you have the dough, go for it.
It's a pretty decent guitar. I received a white one, signed by Billy Idol, for Christmas a few years back. I love the thin neck, and the strings aren't crazy high or low, like they can be on guitars in this price range. Plus a whammy bar!, which is always fun.
