It´s a greate overdrive with a true cream tone. I use it to get a solid overdrive tone with a perfect definition.
The boost switch only works over the overdrive and elevates the mids and high frequency, i use that in live when I need to define those frequencies. If i've say one thing against this pedal is i really love that boost can work over the line include when the overdrive is off.
