Really great for acoustic guitar - tough little box - lots of useable features
The Fishman and AER are up there as top amps for acoustic guitar. This model has full featured 2 channels as well as an auxiliary channel which can be used as a third channel so long as the signal is preamped. I have used this for over 800 gigs and it's super reliable. No problems - versatile - great sound - lots of features.

An Ibanez with p90 style pickups - amazing value!
Wanted a hollow-body P90 and found this, but also found out that Ibanez does not make it anymore. Found a pristine condition used one and I love it. Plays really well, nice sound. P'ups are likely ceramic rather than alnico but comments on sound has been very good. I like the full hollow-body design - no centre block so you get more of a hollow-body sound. Close copy of a Gibson ES390. I really like it!

Watch the 'blend control on this preamp
I have 2 of these Berhinger Preamps and they are terrific for pickups without preamps - BUT BEWARE - the "BLEND" knob is a let down. Its supposed to blend in a modeling function but after about 10 minutes of use, with the blend at 1/2 to full - it clips in quite an ugly way. I use this for non-preamped pickups like K&K in my octave mandolin. Sound is good, strong EQ function - but leave the blend off.
