One is PIA3761 and one is PIA3761C, unsure what the C is but if you can prove they're the same just reopen this one

the difference is just cosmetic. C means chrome hardware. PIA's only came with gold hardware initially but they introduced a PIA later on with chrome hardware. maybe it needs its own page but most PIA owners (I'm also a PIA owner) probably wouldn't know the difference or even care.
