I may have a cheaper version of this guitar...but anyway, the neck is a bit wide for my taste and the guitar is surprisingly light but bulky looking. The strings are alright. No matter how much I tighten them they feel a bit loose.
Great guitar. By far my favorite electric guitar that I own. It can play virtually any style. I love using it for jazz and clean tones in general. Love the thin strings.
I just bought this a few days ago and already enjoy using it. It's light, comfortable, and easy to travel with. It has a very bright sound. The only mini complaint is I wish it was slightly warmer but no matter--it has a great, loud, full sound and really speaks in your face.
I have the replica version of this guitar with John Lennon's signature on the wood. As a massive Lennon fan, it's definitely a cool instrument to play around with. It has very bright intonation and has the standard Beatle songwriting sound. However, I'm not sure if I'd use this live. It's a bit stiff and for me personally, the strings are too stiff for the fuller sound that I want. The finish is beautiful though. I've practiced and recorded with this guitar many times and it has rarely failed me. Just a bit stiff and difficult to play so I really have to crack down with it.
I purchased this mic through recommendation by Guitar Center employees. I asked for a simple starter mic for at home recordings with decent quality and this was what I came home with. It's easy and simple to work which is great. Nothing to difficult. I wish you could play a bit more with the sound settings on the actual microphone (if only the knob had a few more options to adjust its settings0 but it is pretty flexible overall. Besides, you can work with the sound on Pro Tools or Garageband or whatever you use to edit your voice. Sometimes it gives me a little trouble with Garageband and I have to plug it in, take it out, and plug it back in for the system to find it. But overall it's a great mic and I love using it. I also wish it had a different way to stand on its own so it doesn't fall and hit the side.
