Extra Thicc

It does not wear, pinch harmonics are way easier, and it feels great. I wish there was a better grip, but it’s still good.

Djent

Still getting used to it, but I always find the brown note with it.

Big Jazz III

It's great if you don't want a thick Jazz III and you have big hands, but the logos do rub off on your hand.

Best DAW I've ever used

I just played with it for two hours and I loved it! Best 250 bucks ever spent.

Perfect for heavy handed shredders

I've been switching to thinner picks, but I really wanted a Jazz III shape. This has everything I want in a pick right now.

Chef's Kiss

I love .73 Tortexs, I love Flow picks, so this is a match made in heaven for me. It's not perfect, but it's the closest a pick has gotten to perfection for me.

Nice middle ground

I like both the 1.14 and 2.0 and so this is a great middle ground for me.

Supremely Underrated

I don't think people give the Titanium strings enough credit. They're stronger than most other Ernie Ball strings, but the higher strings are slicker, which I find make solos easier

fleshwound

Smooth pick

It just glides along the strings like butter.

Underrated

Man, these Everest picks are so underrated. They're like the Dunlop Tortex picks except they're a little sharper.

fleshwound

Solid pick

I like the 1.14 and 1.5 Jazz IIIs as well, and this is a great middle ground.

Shred for days

If I'm playing for a long time, this is the pick I end with.

fleshwound

Smooth like butter

It just glides across the strings like a knife through butter.

fleshwound

Good all round pick

Works for any situation I need a pick for.

fleshwound

Gripp

Stiff and flexible in one pick. Also, I love the grip too.

Can't Stand It

Way too fussy. I can never get the damn thing to open on my own. Why this is considered the industry standard, I will never know.

thatlkjguy

I mean, it became the industry standard because it was the first of its kind out there.

Why it’s stayed the industry standard is equally simple: old habits die hard 😭

Pro Tools is usually super stable btw if you stick to AVID’s tested macOS/Windows configs. Hope your case is simply one in which you aren’t using one of AVID’s approved configs. Should be a quick fix in that case.

A solid instrument

I‘m really quite impressed with this guitar. It’s just got so much mojo to it.

Jazz pick for big hands

I mean, the normal Jazz IIIs are great, but sometimes they get lost in my hand and I like to uses these if I need more of a point than the T3s.

I hate this

The first time I got a Floyd Rose guitar, the G string popped out of its saddle. I couldn't get it back in and I had to take into the shop and have a Tremol-no installed, but that still didn't fix it for me. It was way too stiff and everytime I played it, I keep freaking out a string would pop out and go right into my hand. There's gonna be a lot of people saying I should've done a bunch of other things, but I just don't want to deal with Floyds anymore. It ruined a guitar I wanted to play for a long time; a Jackson Rhoads and I will never buy another Floyd Rose guitar again. If Floyd Roses are your thing, that's fine, but they're not for me.

I love cobalt strings

This review doesn't just apply to these strings, but all Ernie Ball cobalt strings in general. Everything sounds so much better with them, though they are prone to fret buzz, especially with low action.
