Adding the new MM finish, which isn't on the market yet, would technically go against the guidelines:

I’ve already asked twice, to no avail. Unclear whether these requests are reviewed/processed - if not, useful to know why not.

The inconsistencies re: when things do and don't get reviewed/added in this thread is a big can of worms. I don't have the time to do that topic justice, and I'd probably still come across rather poorly if I had all day to wordsmith it. The Admins would have better answers than me, regardless.

I can assure you, however, that this request requiring 3 asks, while others get answered on (seemingly) the first attempt, was nothing personal, nor deliberate.

This is the top of the line, flagship option for the DIYRE Colour system. Two channel preamp, with 3 different colour options on each channel.

Done. I put it in mic preamps, I didn't really see it as a dual channel strip since even the filter and compressor color modules don't seem to offer adjustable parameters as one would expect on a desk channel.

Thanks so much! I just built a bunch of the colours this week for the first time. Building the Colour Duo right now, actually. I’ve yet to try any of it out but very much looking forward to it once the Colour Duo is completed.

I'd be interested to hear your thoughts after you spend some time with a loaded duo. Part of me is raising my eyebrow at modules with no purpose other than subtle distortion but the other half of my brain is like "more saturation please!"

I agree this would be fun, but I just reviewed several of your submissions, and you know the world of music gear very well... if you're able to address some of the notes-formatting concerns I commented on in some of those earlier submissions, your score will be at 500 very shortly. Once you're at 500, you'll be able to add long-discontinued items to the database yourself.

For the good of the community, how about this: I'll review some more of your submissions, you'll make a few more submissions, your score will cross 500 points, and then you can add the T'R'U piano yourself with whatever photo you think works best?

In general, we are trying to limit database entries for "1 of 1" items like this -- but with a score of 500, you earn the right to use your own best judgement.

The image you linked to has a big watermark on it from the seller. Are you able to find a clean and good looking image of this model that doesn't have a watermark? White background is preferred, but I realize that this may be hard to find for a model that has been out of production for almost 40 years.
