THE BEST FUZZBOX FOR UNDER 30 BUCKS

This fuzzbox mimics the Boss FZ-2 Hyperfuzz, a very well known fuzzbox. The FZ-2 itself, however, mocks the legendary Univox Super-Fuzz fuzzbox from the late 60s’ and early 70s’ with added EQ settings plus 2 bonus modes. Due to it being a Super-Fuzz clone, it is perfect for the Stooges, the Cramps and Mudhoney. It can get you that proto-punk and garage punk tone. Fuzz 1 is a mids focused fuzz while Fuzz 2 sacrifices the mids for a messy, nasty fuzz. Due to the cheap materials and housing, there is a secret unique 4th fuzz mode if you put the switch in between Fuzz 1 and Fuzz 2, which blends both of them together creating a nasty, brutal fuzz tone that not even the Boss FZ-2 can do. If you’re an early punk fan or even a doom metal fan, this is the pedal for you.

A CLASSIC DISTORTION

This might possibly be the most well known distortion pedal of all time. From Kurt Cobain to Steve Vai, everyone has used one of these pedals. Hell, there’s probably a DS-1 in your grandmother’s closet. With the thick metal housing, it’s almost indestructible. You could strap a bomb to one of these and it would survive. It’s also strong enough to knock someone unconscious or even kill someone. This pedal will get you that classic, grungy distortion tone of the late 80s’ and early 90s’. This pedal is a must-have for every guitarist. It’s cheap too, so why miss out?

GETS THE JOB DONE

It might be cheap and plastic but it does the job it was intended for. Helps clean up high gain distortion and fuzz. If you’re in need of a noise reducer and don’t want to spend a lot on one (who would?) then this is the pedal for you.

GREAT TUNERS

These tuners work really, really well. They’re quick to respond and doesn’t bug out like other tuners. The only downside is that they feel cheap, like really cheap, which is a letdown because of how expensive these are. But nonetheless, they’re worth it.

CHEAP YET TRUSTY

These things won’t let you down. They’re made of a thick, strong plastic and they lock on nice and snug. I actually prefer these over actual strap locks. I recommend these.

EXCELLENT STRINGS

You can’t go wrong with D’Addario strings. I used to play with Dean Markleys but I found those breaking too easily. I play punk rock and these survive all the constant fast downstrokes. Highly recommended.

THE BEST PICK AROUND

Herco Flex 75s are the best picks ever. I play fast punk rock and these picks hold up extremely well. They last for a long time even with constant downstrokes. The grip on these things are incredible as well. They NEVER slip out of my fingers like any other pick I tried. No wonder Johnny Thunders used these bad boys. I recommend highly.

EXCELLENT COPY OF A LP JUNIOR DOUBLE CUT

This is an excellent copy of a Les Paul Junior Double Cut.

The Pros: The Roswell P90 sounds really good for a cheap pickup. Really clear and creamy. The fretboard feels really, really good. The tuners are really good and stay in tune. The bridge can easily be adjusted to your liking. No sharp frets. It also comes pre-strung with D’Addarios 10s so you don’t have restring unless you desire to.

The Cons: Because it is a cheap guitar, you should expect some minor issues. Mine came with a long minor crack on the higher frets. Mine also has a paint bubble (I think) near the left horn. Luckily it’s not very visible. Other than that, there is no more cons.

The Conclusion: This is an amazing guitar for the price. If you want a cheap Johnny Thunders LP Junior, this is the guitar for you. Perfect guitar for early punk rock. I recommend it!
