Great programable analog poly synthesizer.
This was handed down from a friend. Didn't know what it was exactly when it first arrived, just a basic midi keyboard. Then I did some digging and found out it was an Alpha Juno in disguise. Apparently this is the consumer grade version of the Alpha Juno 1, and from what I've read pretty rare. The faceplate has the presets listed instead of showing the waveforms and envelope like on the Juno, and is labeled "SynthPlus 10". Sounds amazing, great lush pads, classic Roland deep bass sounds, and of course the famous Hoover sound. The lack of sliders keep most people away from this synth, however, there are controllers and iPad apps for it to get more hands on control.

About this setup
This gear photo by sinkingfeeling features 3 pieces of gear, including Roland TR-626 Rhythm Composer, Roland TR 626, and Roland HS-10 Synthesizer. Artists with this kind of gear are most often found in the Electronic, Rock, and Pop scenes.
I've always wanted to add one of these to my collection. Nice marriage of usable internal samples and features/interface.
626 super handy with it's outputs/triggers, sync up old Roland mc202 with tape sync. Had it for a couple of years. Could use it again =) . Have fun!
