Pedalboard by lincolnpires featuring Millenium DI-33, Mooer Bass Sweeper, and Electro-Harmonix Nano Bass Big Muff Pi Fuzz and 2 more pieces of gear

Welcome to my pedal playground! Kick off with the Korg Pitchblack Mini, ensuring I'm always pitch-perfect. 🎸 The Millenium DI-33, my personal assistant, sending a clean, polished signal straight to the FOH - VIP treatment! The Yuer Dyna Compressor does its job, keeping my dynamics from getting too wild. The Mooer Bass Sweeper, my secret sauce for funkiness. Then, the beast: Bass Big Muff Pi Nano - the fuzz maestro! I always end with the EQ from the Behringer, that basically ties it up nicely and get rid of some high freqs from the Fuzz.

Oh, and a Bass Rattler from Jam Pedals is on its way. This bass rig is about to get seriously rattled!

Nice sound, but plastic housing

Suffice for my EQ needs. The circuit is a surely a clone of the Boss; it delivers sound shaping capabilities, which I didn't believe at first (bc of the price). The range of frequencies it can handle is impressive, it gives ne the power to sculpt my sound to perfection! Seriously.

However, the housing does leave a bit to be desired. Maybe a lot. The plastic construction isn't as robust as some other pedals, so treat it kindly. I have another Behringer that sounds great for Guitar, but is hard to turn on and off, given the plastic. Well, for this particular, I leave it always on - even though it does not get stuck. So, no problems.

Despite this, it's great and an amazing value for its price.

Just remember, it's not about the shell, it's about the soul! 🎛️🎸

Also, feel free to check out this video to figure why Behringer are great alternatives: https://youtu.be/ApJZa8yCMCQ?t=528

Preferred Settings + Usage:

How do I use this? Last in the chain after my dirty sound. Basically, I get rid of some high frequencies that comes with the fuzz and distortion. I also boost a tiny bit of the 50 (for great bass round), and take a bit of levelling - since I got a lot of boost before (with comp, fuzz and all)

Love it

Compact, yet mighty, this tuner is running with me for a bit more than 2 years. Easy to read no matter the stage or room and I'd say it is incredibly accurate (as with Korg in general).

It tucks neatly into my pedalboard as the entry-point as well, since is tiny it leaves room for more fun stuff. I notice 0 signal interference when it's not in use (hence, true bypass).

Only 2 half-downsides are: 1. that to tune the big 5th string on the bass you gotta hit it a few times. 2. Batteries doesn't work that great, you gotta plug it in.

Anyway, the Pitchblack Mini keeps my bass sounding good. If I'd exchange it, would be for the X version with buffering. 🎸🤘
