uc_jordan's JBL Music Gear Setup
My lovely tower that I use, sitting inside of some scary dingy practice room warehouse :P
The rig is made up of a JBL MRX518s to handle low end sub, a SWR 4x10 bass cab, and a JBL EON715 to handle everything.
The only rig that truly sounds full range to me is one that I curated by playing tetris with different speakers

JBL EON715 1300-watt 15-inch Powered PA Speaker
Avg price: $707.50
Solid, Versatile PA speaker for the price
For this price range, I can't see myself going with any other PA. I used it for many type of applications, such has having it be for DJs for small events, to it running live vocals, being stage monitors, and now being a part of my speaker tower for my loud guitar rig. It produces a very flat, clear monitor like sound, and although you can technically EQ this speaker with the JBL app, I think it would be much wiser to EQ your sound outside of the PA's interface. Notable features that I like about this PA, it has anti-feedback software, so running any type of microphones with this PA is pretty nice and smooth. This PA also has a Bluetooth feature, which is pretty great in a casual setting.
If I had to list a con... I guess just having one of these speakers won't be exactly loud enough if you're doing a loud show, but I feel like that's pretty expected for the price range. And if I was reaching for the stars to have something negative to say... I guess it is a little bit bulky but cmon... a 15-inch speaker PA that you can carry with one hand?? It's really not too bad.
I'm very much considering buying another of these units due to all of the other features, the sound quality, and just overall reliability and price.
Chunky, loud, durable
Keeping this one real concise, I think this is a pretty good sounding cabinet, I had to upgrade the tweeter on mine because it sorta... blew within a week of me throwing a loud signal at it haha
Mmm but yeah this 4x10 is a big unit, which is usual with bass cabinets, but I have noticed that this is more... thick? like it's bigger than a Ashdown ABM 410H, so BEWARE of your transportation... it doesn't fit in my trunk (the Ashdown 410H does), it doesn't fit in my back seat (even my 18 inch JBL Passive Subwoofer fits back there), so this fella has to take up the front seat of my sedan. It's safe to say that you need wheels/scooter to move this cabinet around.
I like it use it though because it's loud and durable, you can really beat this guy up.
TL;DR Awesome until you have to move it !
