My Ampero II Stage. It is an amp modeller and multieffects... and now, courtesy of it's most recent firmware update, it does tone capture as well (they call it Tone Catch) so you can capture the sound of your amps and effects pedals.

All metal construction, housing a lot of external features, including; 8 footswitches, a 5 inch colour touch screen, 3 programmable function knobs and the IO includes 2 x expression footswitch inputs, 2 x instrument inputs (one of which will take a phantom powered mic,) stereo FX loop, balanced and unbalanced outputs, midi, AUX and phones in etc etc.

The Ampero II Stage has a ton of internal goodies, including; two effect chains (series and parallel) with 12 simultaneous slots, 87 amp models, 68 cab models (including 20 Celestion Cab IRs,) preamp and power amp simulations, patch and stomp mode with up to 5 scenes in each patch, 100+ effects, tuner, 60 second looper, 100 drum rhythms, Bluetooth and even wi-fi for updates and connecting to the Hotone Community, for patch sharing.

A really impressive unit, packed full of features...and at around a third of the price of the Quad Cortex it really punches above it's weight!
