Description

Unlock a new dimension of sound with the Bartolini MK1 pickups, engineered to elevate your bass playing to an entirely new level. Known for their dual parallel humbucking coil structure, these pickups deliver a rich, deep voice infused with high-end clarity and warmth. Whether you're laying down smooth jazz lines or grooving to metal riffs, the MK1 ensures every note is articulate and precise, making it a favorite among progressive and gospel musicians.

Crafted with precision CNC-milled carbon steel, brass, and copper, the MK1’s magnetic circuit is powered by ceramic magnets, offering a focused aperture for your sound. Amazing pickups at a very reasonable price

Came in stock with my Ibanez SR500, which I used to replace the ADX5 pickup on my Ibanez K5. It blended nicely with my K5 (older model with Padauk top) with fathomless soothing lows and tight midrange (exceptionally for single coil type) . I still find them every now and then as used at Reverb... interestingly Bartolini won't sell/list them on their website but more than 50% of their Ibanez artist roster mentions of using these
