Best cymbal stand line on the market
These Tama cymbal stands have everything you would want from a cymbal stand. They are sturdy stands making any possible cymbal set-up possible. The surface of the boom is crafted so well that, in combination with good quality screws, your cymbal stand will never come down or fail on you. Instead of having tedious wing nuts on the top screw, they have a cool plastic press-on wing nut. This allows you to put on or change cymbals within seconds. On the bottom of the stand you find three pieces of high quality thick rubber, allowing for optimal placement, noise reduction and better cymbal sound. Due to the stands design, it folds into a small and easy to pick-up and easy to carry stand. The weight of the stand is enough to hold a heavy cymbal and a heavy tom on its own, but it is definitely not too heavy to carry around. It will survive a hurricane!

Great resonant head on bass drum
I use this head a bass drum resonant head. It gives you a vintage sound and feel on the bass drum immediately, changing the overall sound of your kit. As it is a (specially) coated head, it focuses more on damping than providing attack or body and will give immense low end. If you, like me, cut a small porthole (4''max.), your low end will be kept and will be even more controlled. It is not necessary to cut a hole though, it also sounds great with a kick mic facing the head from the outside. It could cause your bass drum to be a bit more boomy. Last but not least, it just looks freaking awesome on your kit!

Doesn' t work that great for me on bass drum.
I use this head on a 22''x16'' bass drum and i'm not very impressed with it. It is used together with a Remo kick patch. This might be the reason the head sounds dull and bassless. Even when tuned again it just doesn't cut it. This is just my situation, I could imagine this head sounds amazing on other bass drums as it is a high quality head.

Remo Ambassador clear used as resonant heads
I use these heads on all of my toms (10'',12'',14'',16'') as resonant heads. They are good resonant heads giving body to your toms. You can experiment with different bottom head tunings opposing the batter head to differentiate between sustain length. Or you could tune them to exactly the same pitch, giving endless resonance. It is necessary though to respect the ratio between heads. Often a bad tom sound is due to the resonant head not being tuned properly. These heads work great as batter heads as well.

Remo Emperor clear used as batter head
I use these drumheads on all of my toms (10'',12'',14'',16'') as batter heads. They are absolutely incredible on a well tuned high end kit. The attack on them stands out immediately, giving super punchy sound to the toms. Great heads for rock, funk, fusion and those fast gospel church boys.

A good pair of sticks for any drummer
Being a drummers most important tool, it is necessary to have reliable drumsticks. These hickory 5A sticks are very sturdy. They take heavy rim-shots very well without splintering to pieces. Compared to the Vic Firth sticks, they feel a bit more heavy. This is probably because these sticks have a bigger tip, which makes it good sticks for live performances.

Amazingly versatile Zildjian cymbal
This 19'' A crash is a cymbal where the true craftsmanship of Zildjian shows. As of now, I still haven' t found a genre that this cymbal is not compatible with. The smoothness of the traditional finish sound and the wide volume range makes it unique. It could be used as a jazz ride as well as a heavy metal crash. That about describes the insane versatility of this thing. A total asset to any drum set-up.

A good and versatile crash cymbal
This Zildjian S medium thin 18'' crash cymbal is made of B12 bronze with a brilliant finish. It speaks quite quickly when struck and cuts immediately with strength and loud volume. Strangely, I have found that the best purpose for this cymbal is riding it during high-energy parts of a rock song. It really brings out the power you would look for at that moment. The pitch is also quite comfortable to listen to. As an occasional crash for softer rock or pop I would not recommend it as the volume can overcome the mix.

Very good quality for a fair price
These 14 inch hi-hats are part of the S-series released in 2016. They consist of B12 bronze with a brilliant finish. These hats perform very well in a situation where the hi-hats are a prominent factor in the mix: they are very loud. So that makes them well fitting for a live (hard) rock setting. In the studio however, they have a tendency of heavily bleeding into other microphones. This could really be an issue if you want a somewhat clean mix. A fun fact regarding these hi-hats is that the bottom is way heavier than the top, so changing these out can be a fun way of discovering new sounds! Concluding: good hi-hats for the price. They have specific purposes at which they shine and at which they don't.
