This has been my favorite color for epi lp since forever. Decided on a whim to drive the 45 minutes to the closest guitar center and buy another guitar. Had no idea what i was looking for or if they would even have anything good. Almost bought another squier bullet mustang, and then I saw this. Couldn't believe how great this guitar looks and plays, and at only 300 dollars. Love it.
Never was a huge sg fan, but when I saw the natural wood satin, I had to have it.
My only complaint is the setup when I purchased it, absolutely terrible. Strings got way further away from the neck the closer it got to the higher notes the fret being nearly a quarter inch high lol. Quick truss rod adjustment and bridge height, and this is the lowest string action of all my guitars. No fret buzz, no other issues, incredible warmth in the neck position, as heavy as you want to get in bridge position.
One thing I love is that the parts of the guitar that you contact with the most have become almost as polished as any high gloss finish.
Great guitar, great price, great looking.
Inherited this when my brother died, so I had 2 butterscotch telecaster. my brother bought an affinity strat at the same i got my tele, played mine for about 15 minutes and went right back to the guitar store and bought the tele too lol.
Decided to try and customize one, made this fabric pickguard. Not bad for my first mod imo.
Great guitar.
This was my brother's affinity stratocaster he bought to make look like stevie's #1, only got around to switching the gaurd to tortoise before he died. Looks great with the tortoise, but I don't have a picture yet
