Killer cab

Great tone. Love the ported sound feature.

1976 Gibson L6-S

Great sounding/playing guitar. Lightweight, but tough!

I own two of these. My favorite of the Mesa series.

Powerhouse! Works amazing with my pedalboard. I'm only running two EL-34s and running at half power (30 watt) and never turn volume past 9 o'clock. I play in a Psychobilly band with a killer loud-as-hell drummer, upright bass amp the size of a refrigerator, and another guitarist rocking an Orange OR-100h. This Mesa slices through the mix like a champ!

Frantastic Freaking Guitar!

I came across this company at the 2015 Punk Rock Bowling festival in Las Vegas. I sat down and played their "Night of the Living Dead" Nocturne for about 20 minutes and fell in love. Very well crafted instrument. I'm mostly a Gibson guy, and prefer archtop and semi-hollow guitars overall, so would probably never bother with a high-end Les Paul. This, however, with it's Mahogany body and Carved Maple top is beautiful and feels every bit as nice as any Paul I've ever used. So I was glad to add it to the family.

Tiny. Simple. Killer.

Just added this to the arsenal and loving it. Very simple and very Rock!

I saw a guy using this live with a really mediocre sounding blues jr and I was shocked at how much 4 hole marshall flavor it brought to the party even through that generic little fender.... I just glanced at your suer pic, do you have a silver LP special??

king_vice

Pretty close! That WAS a black LP Special Double-Cut. After years on the road I decided it needed a makeover. So a close friend with a motorcycle painting business wanted to get his hands on it for practice. It's now white with silver "ghost flames" on the body.

The tone on this thing is sick! Works amazing with my pedalboard. I'm only running two EL-34s and running at half power (30 watt) and never turn volume past 9 o'clock. Unconditional Power

Well built and works perfect. Not much more to it.

Convenience and True-Bypass

This is a recent addition to the pedal board so I'm still getting used to it. It is great because you can have many effects ready to go without all the tap-dancing across a pedal board. And, with it's true-bypass you're not degrading your signal by passing through dozens of patch cables and pedals. The only downside that I find is that the buttons are fairly close together so it's really easy to accidentally hit two switches at once. May have to invest it some pointy-toed shoes.

Game Changer

I quit using traditional guitar cables years ago. Now I can't even rehearse with one without getting tied up. I've had several wireless systems over the years but the tone & range on this unit is one of the best I've heard. Plus, with it's small footprint, rugged construction, built-in tuner/mute, and rechargeable transmitter, this is the wireless to have on your pedalboard.

Smooth and Spooky

El Rey Effects is a little hand-made pedal shop out of Cincinnati, OH. This is one of the best Tremolos I have come across to date. 3 simple controls: R.P.M. (aka speed of trem), Intensity, and my favorite feature is the Level control. So you can boost signal with this as well as pull it back with easy.

Dirty Tone Monster

Very versatile stompbox. Can get a good blues breakup with the LP channel and the gain turned down, or crank up the gain and get a really cool Vintage distorted tone.

Cannot live without

Since I am also a singer I like to keep my rhythm sound lower in the mix and let the rest of the band carry the melody. This little puppy allows me to jump over everyone when it's time to step away from the mic. All it does is boost. Does not color the tone in any way; which is what I want.

Great little Delay

Only recently started messing around with effects pedals. This was the first modular effect I added to my chain and it's now one of the key items in my sonic identity.
