I underuse this very interesting drive/fuzz pedal
The DOD Punkifier is a pedal that I find exceptionally fascinating. It walks the line of being way too over the top as a fuzz, and having a relatively mild gain stage for the drive sound. And the mixture of these two sounds is pretty fun to toy around with. All this said, I primarily use the Punkifier as a boost to smooth out certain lead parts - this is perhaps not utilizing this piece of equipment to its full tonal potential, so I hope to soon find a replacement for boosting and use this as a piece of studio gear.

Great Wah in a small package
Honestly just a great relatively cheap wah that has a fantastic sweep and is the perfect size for smaller pedalboards. Nothing more to say, great pedal.

Nice for leads and atmosphere
When used for leads this Ibanez Phaser cuts through the mix fantastically - perhaps even a little too high-mid heavy - and when used for atmosphere it sounds great coupled with either way too much distortion or no distortion. My only problem with it is that the noise floor is annoyingly high when using it for cleans.

Good Boost with low-output pickups
I used to use this as my primary distortion pedal until I got the DS1 which kind of usurped that purpose. It sat out of use for a while until I discovered that when you turn down all the distortion settings and turn the output all the way up, it pushes the amp really nicely. I now use it for low output pickups like PAF humbuckers or Strat single coils. Used primarily in my solo work.

Totally worth it
My bassist is letting me use his, but I pretty much get the picture. The ME-70 is perfect for the gigging/songwriting musician in need of a basis for usable effects. The quality of the effects can vary, some distortions are not as crisp or dynamic as their BOSS stompbox counterparts (which weren't exactly premium grade to begin with), and some effects you would like to be separate from others, whereas they are unfortunately confined to the same pedal. It's not meant for recording, but if you need a quick overdrive, compressor/boost, modulation, delay, reverb, and wah without busting your ass in expenses, then you need this.

Adds a punch!
This Boss DS-1 mod adds more than you would expect to the tone. It has 3 different gain settings, controlled by a 3 way switch: boost, crunch (my favourite), and drive, each more unique and different from stock boss DS-1 tone, respectively. Boost (top position), the lowest amount of gain you'll get, is presented as more of a clean boost (as the name implies), something similar to a tube screamer. Crunch (bottom position), provides more gain than the boost but I think it has too much gain to be used as a "crunch" tone from a clean, a lot more brittle and full than the others. Drive (middle position) has the most gain, and is the smoothest sound you'll get from this pedal, though it sounds a bit electronic at higher gain. As much as I miss the straightforward tones of Boss's stock DS-1, I don't think I can ever go back, this mod just adds too much to the sound of the guitar. If you think your Boss DS-1 sounds too flat, or just need more gain out of it - JHS Pedals made the Lexi mod for you.

Comfortable
I bought one for half off, it had a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge. Monster guitar. It feels a little small because of the scale length and neck shape, but you get used to it. I was in love the first time I played it.

Worth it
Super full and smooth for a solid state amp. The OD-1 is worthless and the crunch tone doesn't have enough range in the gain (in my opinion) but other than that I have no qualms. Unless this thing breaks I don't think I'll need a new amp for a while.

Not bad
Not a bad guitar at all, and 100% worth the price. When playing at home, it lacks the authenticity you would get from an actual Gibson, but I am convinced that's just psychological.
