Dust
If not kept or stored away from ordinary particles once you reach a certain point the inner components will be filled with dust. You need to be careful with this.
Sound wise, spectacular for what it is worth it both price and availability. Recommended!

Gain bugs
Used on a violin. If you put too much pressure on the bridge, it can fall off. Happened to me once.
Quality wise, audio is really good and relatively flat. Some EQing on the lower frequencies and it really gives it up for what it is worth it. Sometimes unwanted sounds (of insignificant volume) still get picked and with quite a lot of gain, but according to me that lies on the audio interface that is connecting to it, and not the mic itself.
Recording a human voice through it can be done but do not use it like that as main purpose.

Does its job. Helped me tremendously to get started with loop machines. Recommended! (bit pricey tho' but worth it)

Had problems with the lower keys
Unplayable. Not the type of midi I wanted. Was unfortunately a bad experience for me.
I am looking forward to buy something from Native Instruments next time.
