Great Small Mixer for Podcasts and Live Broadcasting

I bought this item because I wanted to use a Mixer that had a small footprint and the tipping point was when i discovered this unit records directly onto a SD card while also acting as a Sound Interface for my Computer when recording Streams.

Another useful feature is the TRRS connector allowing you to connect a Cell Phone which allows the main mix to be sent to the Phone and allow you to hear the person on the phone without feedback. Perfect for Podcasters.

The unit also runs on 4 AA batteries when away from your computer or by use of a 5v 1.0A USB power, which when you're connected to the computer works wonderfully without additional power cables taking space.

Best for the money if you don't want a Push

I purchased this because I had not heard about the PUSH2 beforehand. The Launchpad Pro's advantage is its ability to be open. Where Push has an intense integration with Ableton Live, Launchpad Pro allows you to do so much more with other possible options. With the Launchpad Pro you can control external hardware, you are also able to custom program the mappings to fit your needs, where you don't have this kind of flexibility with Push2.

While you have this amount of control, the built in Live capability out of the box works flawlessly without having to do much other than selecting the hardware device within Ableton. You can be up and running with Launchpad Pro within seconds of starting.

What's even greater about this device is the hardware itself. A lot of thought went into building this for durability. The pads are stiff while allowing pressure and velocity sensitivity not found in the original Launchpads.

GREAT QUALITY!

The product is such a great addition for any musician wanting to record their own project. It is easy to hook up, no drivers, no software required. Once I hooked this up to my Mac, I was able to get recording within minutes. The Preamps work really nice as well, eliminating most signal noise, any warmth or effects, you would have to do yourself. GREAT PRODUCT!

Maschine User MUST HAVE

If you are a maschine user, you should use this. Maschine Studio Fits very snugly on this stand allowing for it to rest at the right height to allow you to perform. Great mic for anything basic and podcasting. Nothing to brilliant other than it just working.

get vocals without a singer

I am starting out with this software. I had to post it to the site, but it's neat to get vocals without having to get a singer.

I place with this at work when I am not busy. It's really great for pushing out something quick.

This is my go to for mastering at the moment.
