Noah Kahan plays a Guild Single cutaway Starfire with what appear to be Guild's standard HB-2 humbuckers and a Tune-o-matic fixed bridge. This seems to be a guitar he uses often as it can be seen in action in many photos of his live performances. One notable difference from most standard Starfires is the model he is using lacks the hallmark Guild branded pickguard. Another note about this guitar is the pickup selector switch is missing entirely, leaving only an open hole in the guitar in older pictures to have been replaced with a sticker of his dog over the hole in more recent pictures.

Noah Kahan utilized the Fender Starcaster Black for a single song to achieve a semi-acoustic feel, as evidenced by the provided image.

In this YouTube video, Noah Kahan can be seen playing this guitar. This is the only Recording King parlor guitar in this color that has dot fretboard inlays, with two dots at the 12th fret.
