Simplistic. But that can be bad.

FL Studio is very simplistic. I learned it without watching a single video or tutorial. However, the simplicity of the software eventually becomes a bit of a block. MIDI channels are not easy to assign, and automation becomes a hassle.

FL does provide free updates for life. So if you want a good software without breaking your bank, this is the one for you.

Best controller ever!

For the price asking, you get a very powerful keyboard. With velocity sensitive keys, all programmable mixing sliders, 4 assignable touch sensitive beat pads, and 3GB of sounds with NI Elements, it's amazing. Definitely would recommend for the producer who wants to step up.
