well built, does what is supposed to

well built, does what is supposed to.......

O

works well

I use it as the main sound card (because it has the SC build in) Maybe a little bit noisy clicking keys

O

good duitar

it works best when plugged in. Otherwise, sounds..well, it sounds ok, but the bass is dull and with no sustain at all. Probably fine for strumming but I use it for fingerpicking. Once plugged in, it transforms into real instrument. Mine needed some action adjustement in order to get string lowered

O

what to say..

When I ordered this guitar I was prepared waiting with svrewdriver, expecting some flaws but..But instead of that, guitar came in perfect condition. Works, feels and sounds like a thousand dollar Les Paul

Bad luck with this one

I've had that amp but with the "hiss issue" Returned it the next day since I've realized that every one of 5 is a bad apple. Very loud for home. Probably very suitable for live gigs.

15 to 30 watts is way louder than people think.

O

of course. Even just one wat can be loud as hell, it all depends..

Very good amplifier

I've had this amp for about two years, but couldn't get the fender-ish clean glassy sound I was seraching for. It has master volume, which is a good thing for home practicing. Full blooded tube machine. Otherwise, very well built, heavy, sturdy like a tenk. My girl liked it's boutique look but I sold it to the heavy metal guy, who found it good even for that kind of music.

of course it won't do fender, its a BadCat knockoff... all Vox DNA... that's a good thing.... if you replace it with a Matchless clone with the EF86 pentode channel instead of the high gain channel you will find all the glassiness in there, more than a fender really, but it will never thump like a fender and it has more chime than steely twang set clean.... apples and oranges, don't take a Pickup truck to a Stock Car race... and yes, amps in the vox/matchless camp can even get into metal turf (though old school metal), the gain structure of all the different channels used in these types of amps is just hotter by design than a blackface fender and the phase inverter uses a 12ax7 with a gain of 100 versus a vintage fneer's 12at7 with a gain of I think 80

I don't know..maybe Vox has a little bit crunch bite. Somewhere between Vox and Marchall I'd say.

O

great little beast

very powerfull sound in little package. Comes really nicely after OD pedals for violin like solos

O

best transistor amp you can get

I've heard it by chance, and after that couldn't get his sound out of my head. It responds like tube amp, the sound is clear, litlle bit compressed. PREAMP VOL - MASTER VOL combinations works so good that you don't need any OD pedals. Spring reverb. Just a great amp

O

exelent

nice and creamy sounds. If I'd lost it, I'd get another one.

O

great

I find it better sounding in front of an amp than connected to pc. Very usable effects, very realistic amp simulations.

O

fantastic guitar

Mine is old over 25 years. 8 holes pickguard version. Great neck. Exact fender body. Fine pickups (allmost with zero noise in front of an amp). gerat for modifications

O

Just got new Texass Special loaded pickguard for this baby

O

Great guitar

more ore less this is the rhytm guitar. Not much for bending strings, because of small neck radius. Very good sounding though, real vintage strat

O

Great little amp.

The first channel is a real tube with beautiful clean. It takes pedals well too. Voicings are great.
