It has its place, but it really sucks.
I got this bass when I was nine and just learning. It is smaller than a regular bass so it fit, and I didn't need anything of quality at nine years old. Now it's my only bass and It can be problematic when its warped neck and cheap pickup limit creative potential. It is a very beginner bass so it's supposed to suck, and I like that there is a very cheap, smaller option out there. But still, one star from me.

Nice drumstick
A 3a width has always been my drumstick of choice because it is right between a 5a and 5b. I also like the way Vater sticks feel a little smoother and don't give blisters.

Its great
Just like the DS-1, I got this pedal because it seems like the most popular overdrive pedal. Now, having experience with the pedal, I can say that I really like the sound. In my opinion it gives the perfect tone and crunch to the sound I want. My settings are just like how all the old guys did it. I have the drive rolled back, and a boosted level. It's great!

Good to start with. In my opinion it isn't so good.
I got this pedal because it seems like everybody's first distortion pedal. Now, having experience with this pedal, I don't like it very much. It has something to do with the tone. The Boss DS-1 just isn't my kind of pedal.

Beginner kit
This kit really isn't the best. But, you can make it sound good with the right drumheads. Also, it comes with really shitty cymbals, so try to get a decent set of cymbals along with the kit if you can.

Beginner amp
I have had this amp since I was 9 years old. It seems like the quintessential beginner's amp. It has 2 channels, clean and dirty. And it has one set of eq's. 15 watt amp that is perfect for starting out.

Thank you for posting such a thorough review of a ubiquitous student amp! 9 years old, eh? You got serious about guitar playing a little younger than I did. Cheers!

Amazing
This guitar is truly a classic. It works best for rhythm playing on the neck pickup in my opinion.

Everyone basically knows what this is, so I'm not going to hard time you for your 2 sentence review, but more review in your next review would be greatly appreciated by everyone.

Love it!
The American Standard Strat is such a classic guitar. You can't really go wrong with it. It works well for both lead and rhythm but I prefer to use it for lead with the bridge pickup. Amazing guitar.

more info, we all know what's up with the American standard, but its had a lot of changes over the years.... like going to a 2 pin bridge assembly, and then recently getting rid of the stainless steel cast saddles in favor of vintage pressed steel. What version is yours? You need to talk a little more about it and do some actual reviewing.
