Here Birdy can be seen using the BK version of the KMS 104. Even though the image is blury at the base of the mic but the directional pattern is recognizable as a cardiod and the text is split directly underneath it hence it's not the plus.

It's the one recording her vocals.

This iconic appearance and distinctive design, is used by birdy herself in a different colour in other videos on YouTube, confirms Birdy's use of the Sennheiser MD 441-N or U model is unclear, but is used as part of her other live sound and productions on occasion. In the official live performance video for "Loneliness" by Birdy on YouTube, the microphone used is not the Austrian Audio OC18. Upon closer examination, it appears to be a JZ Microphones model, possibly the Vintage 12, 47, or 67, as the features and logo match those models more closely.
