On the bottom row to the left of her tuner.
Stated in this post that she uses this head.
Shown with her Tone Hammer 500 on top. You can tell it's this cab, based on the position of the side handles and the shape.
Makiko's secondary bass is a 1966 Olympic White Precision Bass with a tortoiseshell pickguard. Close-up photos of this bass show yellowing and checking in the finish and a crack on the body near the output jack; along with the broken pickguard, showing the aluminum shield underneath.
In this post (https://twitter.com/mega_makiko/status/1376141794535084034?s=20), you can see the headstock logo is a transition logo, which started in 1964 and ended around 1968. It's thicker than a spaghetti logo, but not quite as thick as the C logo, which was also a different color (black and gold, rather than silver).
In the second photo of the bass, you can see it has flat knobs, threaded saddles, and an aluminum shield. The pickguard is a vinyl one, rather than the earlier 60's celluloid. The black stripe in the middle is thinner than the outer white ones, which is consistent with the era. There are also holes for the tug bar, pickup cover, and bridge cover.
In this post (https://twitter.com/mega_makiko/status/1414531960576172032?s=20), you can see she has a strap button on the back of the headstock, also consistent with the time period. You can also see there's no Custom Shop logo on the back, which they put on their reproduction instruments to avoid them being passed off as original vintage instruments.
In this article from Bass Magazine, it's stated that the bass is a 1966 model. [https://bassmagazine.jp/player/bf-ishiwatamakiko/]
Makiko's main bass is a 1971 Fender Jazz. It has a sunburst finish, with a tortoiseshell pickguard. It has a bound rosewood fretboard and block inlays. It also has the larger C logo.
At 0:08 seconds in the MV "Ashiato" (https://youtu.be/nma9cvzdTOI?t=8), you can see the back of the headstock, which has no strap button. This means its likely a 1969 or later. This was also the year nitrocellulose was phased out in favor of polyester. This could be an earlier 1969 bass with a mixture of features from 1968 and 1969 (it appears to be nitro, based on close up pictures/the way it's worn down and the red has faded [https://twitter.com/mega_makiko/status/1454376796233691138?s=20] and the missing strap button). It is possible that it could be polyester, but it's hard to tell without seeing in person.
The bridge pickup is still in the 60's location, so if the finish is polyester, this could mean the bass could have been built anywhere from 1969 to early 1971.
