In this video which was uploaded to Julian Wolf's official Instagram account on May 7, 2016, the German guitarist used a total four guitars for a cover version of the song "Old Love" by Eric Clapton. Those four guitars include the Ibanez EW20ASE-NT model, the Sherwood SH785CE-BK, the Baltimore Blue Burst model as well as the Sherwood SH782CET-SB acoustic guitar model.
The Baltimore Blue Burst acoustic guitar model was the first guitar the German guitarist Julian Wolf has ever bought, as he told Equipboard in an article, that was published on October 29, 2018. Wolf commented in 2018: "When I was just starting out playing the guitar and writing some early songs, I used a blue Baltimore acoustic guitar. On this guitar I started playing some basic chords and scales that my father showed me how to play, since he is a guitarist like me." The guitarist also used it for a part of his cover version of "Old Love" by Eric Clapton on a short Instagram video that was released on May 7, 2016.
On April 8, 2018 German filmmaker Philipp Jäger directed and produced a 60 second video for Julian Wolf's Instagram feed, showing the fans a part of the guitarist's gear collection. During the video, Wolf plays a composition of his on the electric guitar and uses the Shubb S1 Deluxe Acoustic Guitar Capo.
"For the rack system I use a Furman PL-8E Series II power supply, the Korg DTR-1 tuner, DBX 166XS compressor, a Digitech IPS 33B like Joe Satriani used, a Yamaha GEP 50, like Clapton used as well as a Dynacord CLS 222 and a Roland SDE-1000 Delay unit. In the back there is a Boss power supply which gets 9 volts through the multi-core cable to the front of my board to power the wah, the distortion and the AMP FX boost."
