In this video for Meinl, Matt Talks about and demos is Meinl Artist Concept stack. This stack is modled after the stack that he had been using for years, well before joing Periphery. This stack is the combination of a 18 inch china, and a 17 inch crash. on both the china and the crash one side is Lathed while the other side is hammered. The cymbals are finished this way to get different tones out of the cymbals depending on they way the stack is configured on a cymbal stand
