In this video at 1:10 Tom explains that he was using a Marshall 1992 Lemmy Kilmister Signature Amp for recording the "Repentless" album, and at 1:28 you can see a Marshall 1992LEM Amp behind him.
Tom Araya is reported to use the Ampeg SVT-4PRO 1200-Watt bass amplifier head, as mentioned in a forum post on TalkBass.com, which references the May 2002 issue of Bass Player Magazine.

This video by PremeirGuitar.com, from their "Rig Rundown" series features the bassist of Slayer, Tom Araya and his brother/guitar tech discuss his current touring rig. Tom Araya mentions he was given Marshall 8X10 Vintage Cabinets from Marshall.

They made some cabinets for me; better than the cabinets I had and they sounded great. We asked them if they would send me some heads and they sent me the heads. According to this forum post the info was in May 2002 issue of Bass Player Magazine. Apparently he used 2 of them as backups for hsi SVT-4 PROs.
