Toru Kitajima is seen with his signature Schecter AC-TK-TE-WH/SIG guitar in a photo shared on Twitter. This model is exclusively available in Japan.

Toru Kitajima uses the Schecter PA-LS/TK, as detailed on Schecter’s official site under SCHECTER GUITAR RESEARCH.

Toru Kitajima, known for his preference for Telecasters, is seen using a SCHECTER TR-ST Stratocaster Electric Guitar in the "Just A Moment" photo on Vk.

He's using this along with his signature telecaster in the MV (although I don't know if it's a '61 or '64 reissued model or ultra-light aged, as the color was pretty bright at some frames, possibly due to post-FX'ing).

In the video you can see Toru Kitajima playing a Taylor 414ce LTD spring 2009. He also uses it in most of his studio songs too.

In the music video "orbit" by TK from 凛として時雨, at the 5:05 mark, Toru Kitajima can be seen playing a Gibson SG guitar. This is confirmed by the official video released on the 凛として時雨 Official Channel on YouTube.

In Studio, recording and live performances, TK uses the Schecter TR-PT, which is still his signature model, but it is his original signature model, not the one that Schecter produces currently for people to buy (AC-TK-TE-WH/SIG)
