Nice piece of gear

Got it last year from a friend, which had it from a friend. Cons are, as it is kind of a vintage gear, you got to trick the midi registry keys in your computer to make it able to run in windows vista, 7, 8. It is very simple to use with cool functions mod and pitch wheel come as an X-Y Pad with roll and flam functions. Very customizable. It has made my beat making process lot easier.

great for the price

less than 150 dollars. great response, obviously not top notch but for the price is cool, they can sound loud with great definition and bass projection. you can also throw a little party at home!

mmm could be a little more tougher

Not to robust. pitch and mod wheels went crazy in less than a year.. still its fun to use and it helps me do my stuff.

Reason is a big-boy toy

Reason is awesome, you can do almost anything on it. Besides, its graphic interface, which one could mistakenly take as childlish or not-pro, is great as it throws you inside a vision of an "analog" studio, which lets you be more in contact with the production process itself.
