I LOVE THESE AMPS!
These VT series amps are just brilliant. I've tried and tested all similar modelling amps before buying this and this beat the Fender Mustang, just, those are brilliant to. Great range of sounds, great looks (I have the classic version) and like all these small modeling amps, great value for money. I've not tried the next generation of these, but can't wait to, because they're bound to be better. Nice and loud to, easily do small gigs with this baby. Build quality is very good and had no technical issues so far. Maybe I'm bias as I love VOX amps in general, but this is really a superb little amp. If you're in the market for a small modeling amp, definitely check these (and the Fender) out before the rest.

Brilliant, as solid as Zakk, versatile, looks great.
Many artists use this as a recording guitar and it's easy to see why, great string tension with any gauge strings at pretty much any tuning. Pick ups although not active are clear and seriously powerful. Neck is great and the fretboard gives a good playing experience. The bullseye finish is a head turner. Not just for metal either, with some effect tweeking this guitar can do anything, but cranked up to 13, it will soar and scream as much as you want and need it to. Yes, it's not the Gibson model, but for the money, this is a seriously good guitar.

Good cleans. Lacks punch.
I bought my one used, great clean sounds with several guitars of varying quality. But seems to lack a beast mode, even with an array of effects plugged in. The dirty channel has very little punch, even at big volumes and can be quite bassy and muddy, again tested with several guitars.

BOSS build quality wins again.
Awesome box of magic tricks. Great value for money. Could drop a house on it and it would still carry on as normal. BOSS rarely fail to deliver. Had this thing for over ten years and I'm still finding new sounds from it. Great piece of kit.

Retro styling, throaty tones.
Nice warm tone, I know some complain about its durability but it's never let me down in over a decade of use. There's better out there, but at its price point it's a good addition to a pedal board.

Great range.
Wide scope of sounds, i use it as a boost for solos and is a dream, got some serious kick, and dont be put off by the metal tag, this is a pretty versatile pedal.

Too much fun!!
Just a little bit of experimentation will send you to the stratosphere, and the true bypass is long overdue.
