Dig it

Always enjoyed this pedal- had it for a long time. Crank it up and you get a very underwater-type sound.

Love it

Classic guitar. I have the 2004 American Series with the 50th Anniversary plate on the back-- had it for a long time! Played live and recorded with it.

It does the job~

It's always done the job it needs to do for me. I will typically record into my Universal Audio SOLO/610 if I'm recording at my house, feed that into the Harmony H224, and feed that into my laptop. It's simple, and never despised it. Used it for years. It's stood the test of time. Are there better alternatives? Sure. But for the price point, there's really nothing wrong with the Sterling Harmony H224.

I love this pedal. It's one of my all-time favorites. When I first moved to Austin, one of the first guys I jammed with was using it on his six-string electric guitar. I thought it was great. He was getting some 'Jerry Garcia' tones out of it. He said if the day ever came that he sold it, he'd come to me first. Years later, he did just that. I got it from him and have been using it on my bass (and guitar!) ever since (had this over a decade now). Emma is a Danish electronics company. I've never seen anyone else use this pedal (with my own eyes). Not a common one but it's a great one. I've tried Q-Tron and all that on my bass. Sure, it's fine. But never have I enjoyed an envelope fiter so much as this one.

Preferred Settings + Usage:

I usually like using it with the switch "up" on bass, for the most part. But "down" definitely has its own sound too.

Love it, but don't necessarily love all FEATURES of it.

I love how this pedal makes my bass sound. The thing is, I really don't use the octave knob at all. I've found that it just...makes things weird. Even if you're playing higher on the neck. But the sub/low knob? YES. I will have this pedal "on" for my entire live sets (just not the octave knob). The difference is massive. The GIRTH it adds. The BASS. The POWER. It will definitely rock ya.

Preferred Settings + Usage:

Sub & Low knob turned up, Octave knob turned down to zero

I dig it

I really don't have any complaints about this microphone. I've always been pleased with its sound and features.

I have owned this bass since 2008 (about 18 years at the time of typing this). It's treated me well!
