The short, fast ibz neck is second to none for quick rhythmic metal progressions and like most other Japanese guitars from the fuji-gen factory, has a superior build quality and is an extremely playable workhorse. If the ax7221 was an ltd, this would be it's ESP equivalent. Or if the ax120 had an angry, metalcore big brother. Can be had online for an extremely fair price, anywhere from about $250-$500USD at any given time online in varying used conditions. I got mine like new for $229 plus thirty-something bucks for shipping.
