Originally released in the heyday of guitar effects pedal inventions and distributed by Rose Morris, the Duo Fuzz combines two unique fuzz effect voicings that have been used by legendary guitarists from the likes of Genesis and The Who. Also known under the Univox name, the pedal has since fallen into the hands (and pedalboards!) of revered modern players too.

Rose Morris have collaborated with ThorpyFX to meticulously recreate the Duo Fuzz, in both its original big box glory and in a more pedalboard friendly compact enclosure. Fully handmade in the UK using a pair of NOS germanium diodes and a circuit board laid out just like the original units, we've paired all the mojo of a true vintage fuzz with premium build quality and modern reliability - ready for your stage or studio.

FEATURES The Not So B1G - Julian Lage Touring Model was engineered to be a high fidelity, studio quality gain boost without adding or detracting anything from the original signal. It is in effect, an analog pre-amp on par with vintage and modern recording studio channel strips with some extra added "love".

SOUND Highest quality analog gain boost with advanced circuitry not found in any commercial gain booster effect pedal. Only the finest audio components were used in the building and design of this effect.

PEDAL BOARD FRIENDLY CONSTRUCTION The Not So B1G is smaller (3.00 x 3.25 inches - 82mm x 76mm) and lighter than it's B1G brother making it easier for for pedal board space and touring.

POWER If necessary, the unit can be powered by a nine volt battery or a nine volt external power source (100ma minimum) but performs best with a 9 volt DC external power supply (100ma minimum). There is a special slider switch on the back of the Not So B1G for emergency shutoff

Chorus-vibrato rack module NOW AVAILABLE ON A BUILD TO ORDER BASIS • LIMITED SUPPLY!

Created by the Shin-ei Custom Shop, the U-915 chorus/vibrato rack module is a 19" rack mounted version of the Vibe-Bro with the addition of some innovative and desirable flexibility. Only twenty units will be available for purchase. FEATURES MANUAL SETTINGS The U-915 features the same manual flexibility as the Vibe-Bro with a little extra added love. Familiar features include the Bypass-Preamp switch, Volume/Intensity controls, and the Chorus-Vibrato switch. Additional new settings include a front panel mounted toggle switch to choose "Vibe-Bro In or Vibe-Bro Out" and two speed setting controls which we label "Fast and Slow".

REMOTE SETTINGS THE U-915 includes two rear panel stereo switching jacks. These allow the user to control EVERY manual function REMOTELY via external footswitches (not supplied). Innovative power and relay switching allows this functionality without sacrificing any tone or depth of effect.

DESIGN FEATURES The heart and soul of the U-915 lives inside an attractive high quality 19" anodized aluminum enclosure offered in either black or silver. The standard U-915 Rack Module is designed for 120 volt use. A 240 volt version is available in very limited quantities.

The V8 (Vintage 8) 8ctavarius is a sonic tribute to the early 70's Tycobrahe octave effect using the highest quality parts and components. Made popular by artists such as Jimi Hendrix, the 8ctavarius defines the sound of the late 60's.

SOUND Using only the highest quality parts, we have sonically duplicated the original electronic circuitry of the vintage octave effect and recreated its original magic.

OPERATION The unit is controlled by Volume and Boost knobs located on the back of the unit. The 8ctavarius bottom plate features two thumb screws giving the user easy access to the nine volt battery. A 9 VDC power jack for external power is located on the right side of the unit. (center pin negative).

The vintage 1960's Fuzz Face is one of the most iconic fuzz pedals ever produced. Our new Special Fuzz 2 is an authentic tribute to the original 1968 model featuring NOS Telefunken/Siemens gold lead, matched BC109 silicon transistors, carbon composition resistors and audio grade capacitors.

SOUND The Special Fuzz 2 nails the original sound of the late 60's BC109 fuzz circuit. We have also engineered the Special Fuzz 2 to be as quiet as possible with little or no RF when your guitar volume is set to zero. This is a rarity for this style of fuzz. The Special Fuzz 2 cleans up amazingly well when you dial down the volume on your guitar.

The Too Positive is a stereo overdrive pedal. By using 2 independent drive circuits, it is able to process stereo signals and allows different settings for each channel. It can also be used as a two channel drive for mono signals, a splitter, or a summer due to its flexible signal routing capabilities.

The effect can range from colored boost up to a hot overdriven sound. The tone switch adds a mid scoop or high pass filter to give two distinct voicings to the drive. The effect is great for adding some dirt to guitar, synths and drum machines alike.

The footswitches can be set to act in a few different ways giving you maximum flexibility in how to use the effect. Both channels can be set to switch in sync or each channel can be toggled independently. The two channels can also be set such that the footswitches alternate which drive circuit is used, emulating a two channel setup on a mono signal.

Too Positive accepts 1/4″ TS and TRS plugs for input and output signals.

It requires a 9V DC power supply and consumes 80mA of current. Check out the manual and companion videos for more information on the pedal and its capabilities.

This is not a re-brand. This is just a tribute.

Using NOS 1N34A germanium diodes, are these the magical ones? You decide. Is this a mythical pedal? This is an extremely “professional” variation of the DRV, and the first variation to offer this spec. Just to be clear, this will not make the DRV circuit sound “more like another pedal”, but is a great sounding variation, and I think of it as a nice little homage. Straight class. This is only a tribute.

Modeled directly after its predecessor’s circuit board, the Klon Centaur, Harby Centauri is built using the highest-quality components to give you that rich, clear Centaur sound without the Centaur price tag.

Specifications Modernized The original Centaur’s components were attached to the circuit board using “through-hole” techniques, with pins that go through the circuit board and are soldered on its underside. This process got the job done, but it was expensive and time-consuming. Eventually, Bill Finnegan began producing his pedals using surface-mount technology (SMT), attaching the components directly to the circuit board’s face. This is the method we used to design the Harby Centauri.

True to the original Bill Finnegan once said of his 1N34A germanium clipping diodes that they are “… the most important factor in how the circuit sounds when it’s being used to create distortion.” As a tribute to his insight, the Centauri uses only 1N34A diodes, with an original forward voltage of 0.35v (±15%). It’s also built using the original Centaur circuit board layout and features its buffered bypass, rather than the more modern true bypass.

Technical Original Centaur circuit with some modifications. *Clean knob: achieve the perfect balance between the cleaner signal of the gain stage and the harmonically rich overdrive signal of the gain stage. The clean knob provides you with unparalleled tonal control, allowing you to dial in just the right amount of grit while retaining the clarity of your core sound. *Original/JB(Phat) switch: Jeff modded his original Klon Centaur to allow more guitar low-frequencies into the circuit. Whether you’re laying down a solid rhythm or letting your leads soar, this switch ensures your sound remains punchy and full-bodied. This mod is subtle, but allows more bass to travel through the circuit and makes the circuit a little less thin sounding. *Germanium/LED switch: tailor your overdrive texture to match your playing style using the Germanium/LED clipping diode switch. Toggle between the germanium diodes to keep it authentic to the original Klon Centaur/KTR or the added LED diodes for a more gritty, harmonically rich overdriven tone. From smooth and creamy to edgy and aggressive, this switch lets you sculpt your sound with precision. Gold-plated PCB (ENIG). Genuine Texas Instruments op-amps (TL072). NOS 1N34A germanium clipping diodes with original forward voltage of 0.35v (±15%). Solid anodized aluminum knobs (volume, drive, and tone controls). Neutrik input and output jacks. Buffered bypass. 9v DC operation using a standard negative center power supply.

The Ibanez Mostortion overdrive pedal was built around the rare and now discontinued Renesas/Intersil CA3260, a unique BiMOS op-amp featuring MOSFET input and CMOS output. Harby has secured a very limited supply of these obsolete op-amps and we’re excited to offer them in the Mt Fuji pedal. We’ve also sourced original new old stock Toshiba 2SC1815 NPN transistors for the input and output buffer.
