Meticoulsly sourced true-to-orginal components. Harby Mt Fuji is a faithful recreation of the legendary 1990 Ibanez MT10 Mostortion, a pedal cherished by guitarists for its unique blend of warm analog tone and distortion versatility. True to the original’s MOSFET design, Mt Fuji delivers the same dynamic response, from subtle overdrive to full-blown distortion, with exceptional clarity and touch sensitivity. Its 3-band EQ allows you to finely sculpt your tone, making it perfect for a wide range of genres, from blues to hard rock.
The Ibanez Mostortion overdrive pedal was built around the rare and now discontinued Renesas/Intersil CA3260, a unique BiMOS op-amp featuring MOSFET input and CMOS output. Harby has secured a very limited supply of these obsolete op-amps and we’re excited to offer them in the Mt Fuji pedal. We’ve also sourced original new old stock Toshiba 2SC1815 NPN transistors for the input and output buffer.
