Description
Introducing the TC Electronic PolyTune 3 Mini Polyphonic Tuning Pedal, a compact and powerful tool for musicians. This small yet mighty device is designed to tune your guitar with precision and speed. The PolyTune 3 Mini is not just any ordinary tuner, it's a reliable companion that ensures your instrument is always in perfect harmony.
With its polyphonic tuning feature, you can strum all strings simultaneously and instantly see which ones are out of tune. For those who prefer the traditional way, it also supports one-string-at-a-time tuning. The PolyTune 3 Mini intelligently adapts between mono and poly modes based on your playing.
The real standout feature of this pedal is its high-quality-analog BonaFide Buffer. This proprietary technology enhances your tone over extended cable runs, giving you a crisp and clear sound that's as close as possible to plugging directly into an amp. It can even be switched to true bypass if you prefer.
The PolyTune 3 Mini also supports alternate tuning modes, making it a breeze to experiment with different sonic textures mid-set. And with its improved auto-dimming, 109-LED display, you can easily tune your instrument, whether you're playing under the scorching sun or the dim lights of a cozy bar.
Key Features:
- Polyphonic tuning allows you to tune all strings at once
- High-quality-analog BonaFide Buffer for enhanced tone
- Supports alternate tuning modes for creative flexibility
- Bright and auto-dimming 109-LED display for easy tuning in any environment

Wanted to like this, but the quality control is bad
Bought new, but showed up with a worn looking screen and some paint smudge on the front. Looked used. It also doesn't understand DADGAD tuning and just thinks you are playing a D. The poly mode is probably geared toward standard tuning. Buffer control is cool though, as is the size. It was a disappointment for me, YMMV.

perfect
as a general rule for myself, I only buy pedals that are no less than $100 and no more than $200 so that I know i'm getting a good pedal that isn't overly expensive. that said, there's no reason a tuner should be $100. or so I thought. I bought multiple tuners that were under $100 and wasted so much money on bad tuners that didn't work or took too long to work properly understand what notes you'd play. I still to this day feel like $100 for a damn tuner is a little extreme but you can rest assured you're getting something perfect with this one!

Great little tuner
Hands down the best tuner I have ever owned. It's small, has a buffer built in with a lot of different options. You can clearly see it on stage despite it's size. They are pricey in terms mini pedals but it does offer a lot more than it's competitors. It's accurate, easy to use and you can actually see what you are tuning on a dark stage.
Preferred Settings + Usage:
Switch one up (buffer) switch 2 down. I understand why some folks want an always on, but I like to go simple and when it's on it's on, when it's off it's off.

accuracy within 0.02 cents and a built-in bona fide buffer? what a deal!
i mostly tune polyphonic while playing because im lazy, but the high-accuracy strobe mode is extremely useful when intonating and changing strings

Looks similar to the PolyTune but without the functionality and options the Polytune mini 3 has. Still a great inexpensive alternative.
