Good for workflow
With the mixer, it is like a modern ableton with the newer style daw graphics, and it comes with great synths.

U can pretty much create any synth with Massive, I definitely recommend this to anyone

Very good while converting from GarageBand
Logic has a great base for someone who really wants to complete a song in a fairly quick manner. It is also used as one of the main DAWs for my songs

Good for getting into Ableton live 9
If u want to really explore ableton live 9 without a 30 day limit, this is great to use, i mainly use this along with logic pro for using vst plugins.

Cheap but has everything u need
At a fairly cheap cost, The hercules dj control air provides pretty much everything u need to do a mashup

Basically what i am using to produce at the moment along with Ableton and Logic Pro X
Very good for midi, the blueprint of logic pro x. I recommend it to beginners pretty basic but good DAW.
