Its good for making subs, and white noise to layer leads under.

Refer to title.

3xosc is one of those plugins that can be really powerful if you know what your doing.

Its good for making subs, and white noise to layer leads under, as I said on the title.

but it can be used for much more, if you know what your doing.

A classic.

Ahh yes, the wonderful 3xOSC. Loved by many, and still being used today. What can you say, it's 3 oscillators with a few different waveforms, phase options, and simple pitch settings. It's beautifully simple. You can make drums with it. Hell, you can even create an entire song with this plugin alone (with effects of course).

rediviction

Aliasing

I don't really like this plugin for the reason that it has alot of inharmonic frequencies. In the middle and higher frequencies it doesn't feel and sound right. The reason for it is aliasing, it's gone after rendering but It makes producing hard because you don't hear in your daw what eventually comes out.

3x Osc

It might be a simple Synth Plugin, but if you mix some wavetables together you can come up with some nice versatile leads or basses

charlesdixon

One of my favs

3xOsc is a great VST, you can basically make any sound with this, and it sounds amazing. This is what I use to make M83-ish sound with, and I also use this to make white noise effects, etc etc

abominablesound

Pimple on the back...

This plugin takes hardly any CPU usage. I don't understand why people use Massive and Sylenth1 for Whitenoise and Detune Saws when 3xOSC does it with about 0.2% CPU Usage.

nefjonizer

You can write a track using only this kid.

also good for a simple background arpeggio and for fast bass. I would like to see precisely his performance in the patcher.

iamkubic

Bass and sub.

That is all I use 3xOSC for, although sometimes, I make chords with it too. Pretty simple thing here.. Easy to use and straightforward, yet powerful.

Simple and beautiful

One of the first virtual instruments I ever used. Still use it.

mutemachine

ok...

a nice sound, but very limited, I use it for a sub bass sound, and it works pretty good but I feel like it could be used for some deeper sounds with some effects on it.
