verifying submitted gear takes a while for some reason. its a famous part of the website. here's an example of an extremely well-known item for that artist: https://ibb.co/4gWWnJWc it took five years. how about we change that, one submission at a time?

i encourage you all to go to your favorite, not too well-known artist and hitting the green (or red, when necessary). do your best, because there is the great possibility that you yourself were the submitter (like me and Louis Cato). go out and verify your local gear submission!

yeah, but youre misrepresenting my point. perfectly find with the brand, but asking for an expert's opinion on my issue.

i know that this isnt wikipedia, but i believe that their conflict of interest policy is a good one, and we should model equipboard after that.

thoughts? if anyone needs me, i will be going through their submissions cutting the ad parts. i ask that someone goes behind me and fact-checks the source

add artist request sent. personally, i'd rename the current entry to "Stay Human" because the duplicate checker registers it for that and name the new one "The Great Big Joy Machine (The Late Show Band)" to cover all the bases

i've also been quality rating things when i have the downtime (im a hs student so that is always) and the school's content filter blocks a lot of things. i do my best to help out, though.

try going to the specific piece of equipment's page, then press "save." it'll be somewhere, but it will be small.

it looks pretty good, but i never used the old one, so i wouldnt know. but you should fix the fact that it disappears behind the search bar on Safari for iPadOS.

the Oberheim OB-8 was not used for "Jump." This was instead the OB-Xa, as it hadn't broken yet.

Since Morello is the only one who plays it, and its a uinque guitar on its own, shouldnt the Arm The Homeless recieve the "Iconic" status?

cant find a way to get the screenshots in the post. i was thinking something like

orchestral strings --> violin, viola, cello, contrabass

brass --> french horn, trumpet, trombone etc.

other strings --> guitar, bass

percussion --> drum set, mallet, etc.

things like the brass and woodwind families is what im primarily thinking. mostly asking for myself

My instrument journey starts at age 6. I was signed up for piano lessons. Quit at age 9. Learned French horn for middle school band class. Picked up trumpet because mellophones and trumpets have the same fingerings. Got a harmonica to only play Piano Man. Got a bass christams '24.

Music taste: can enjoy anything (except pop not in the 1980s), but prefer rock n roll. Any rock will do, except The Beatles and Black Flag (seriously how did that make it to 1001 albums?).
