Lol I only have like 12 responses and this project is due today so I'll probably take some late points :|

Our school project was to make a survey that way we understand how a survey works and how to run one. So I did it on something I enjoy.

Just to see who uses what and which strings are most popular I guess. I was just curious who uses what brand of strings since I see so many at music stores and the only ones I get are Ernie Ball or D'Addario, I want to experiment and I just want to see the other popular choices among players besides those two.

Here's our setup first before I ask: It's me and a drummer he's pretty loud and I use his little 75w amp for guitar then we use a Behringer bass amp as a PA speaker(meaning we hook the mic up directly into the amp).

I'm looking to invest in a Acoustic 120w amp and use that as my guitar amp and then use his Fender amp as a PA. My question is would it be possible to use a small guitar amp as a PA or would it be better to use a Bass Amp? Problem is I can't hear myself and my drummer can't hear the vocals either.

Anybody know a cheaper version of the Epiphone/Gisbon Explorer?

90's to mid 2000's Alternative and SOME grunge, and my budget is about $100-$400

Anybody's advice would be great because I need an amp that'll give me a lot of power so I can play with a band I really don't understand stacks or anything so it would be great if you guys could help me.

Yeah! I want a Univox too but the cheapest I found it was around $600 and I don't feel like paying that much for a fuzz pedal so I found Behringer SF-300 for $25

Do you guys have any tabs for any instrumental Beastie Boys songs like Ricky's Theme or Groove Holmes? Or at least any kind of sheet music for the bass, kind of a noob at music theory and reading music but I'll figure it out especially Ricky's Theme. That one's my favorite!
