well made
I'm pretty happy with this pedal I only have 2 issues,
1) It's not great for ambiance, which I understand is a preference thing but I'm a huge shoegaze fan and a big reverb sound is necessary
2) The spring reverb does produce much of the springy effect. (you know that springy sound the spring makes)
However other than that it's great for amps that don't have reverb built in, or for a subtle sounding reverb in the back of your mix. It's not a bad pedal, it's really good. Just not for me.

cheap and powerful
When I started to get into pedals, I'd buy loads for Behringer effects thinking that they'd be the same as a Boss or a MXR etc...
Some of these lived up to my expectation, the VD-400 was one of them! For a cheap version of a Boss DM-3 it does the job amazingly! It has a really cool echo response and fiddling with the intensity is a lot of fun.
It's not staying on my board, but for now it does the job perfectly.

Great range
The DS7 supplies a great range of Overdrive to Distortion tones.
The circuit is quite loud, when you put the Drive and Tone on 10 you can sually hear white noise, however it more than makes up for it due to its exellent sound! I can imagine this pedal can be used for many different genres, such as metal, blues, hardcore and rock.
Overall its a great distortion and I'd highly recomended it as a cheaper alternative to a Boss DS1.
