Autopilot Off is a dynamic pop punk and skate punk band hailing from Orange County, New York. Formed in 1995 under the original name Cooter, the group consists of Chris Hughes (guitar), Chris Johnson (guitar/vocals), Phil Robinson (drums), and Rob Kucharek (bass). Known for their energetic live performances, Autopilot Off gained a strong following in the '90s, sharing stages with punk rock heavyweights like MXPX, New Found Glory, and Sum 41. Their discography includes the debut full-length Looking Up and the 2004 album Make a Sound, which marked their collaboration with Island Records before the band went on an indefinite hiatus in 2005.
