About
Course of Nature is an American alternative rock band with deep roots in the post-grunge scene, originating from Enterprise, Alabama. The group was co-founded by Mark Wilkerson (lead vocals, rhythm guitar) and John "Fish" Milldrum (guitar, bass), former members of the band Cog. They were later joined by Rick Shelton (drums), previously from Dust for Life. Known for their commercial and radio-friendly approach, Course of Nature draws comparisons to bands like 3 Doors Down, Nickelback, and Creed, blending the raw edge of grunge with the melodic sensibilities of arena rock.
