Dead by Sunrise is an American alternative rock band formed in 2005 as a creative outlet for Linkin Park vocalist Chester Bennington. The group features Amir Derakh (guitar), Ryan Shuck (guitar), Brandon Belsky (bass), Elias Andra (drums), and Anthony "Fu" Valcic (keyboards, programming). Dead by Sunrise emerged from Bennington's desire to explore a more melodic and synth-infused rock sound, contrasting with his work in Linkin Park. Their debut album, Out of Ashes, showcases this distinct musical direction, blending hard rock energy with electronic elements.
