King Harvest is a rock band originally formed in 1970 in France, known for their blend of rock and soft rock styles. The group initially consisted of Eddie Tuleja (guitar), Ron Altbach (keys), Rod Novak (bass, sax), and Wells Kelly (drums). After a successful stint in France, including winning a rock contest, they added Didier Alexandre on bass and later Doc Robinson on keys and vocals. King Harvest gained international fame with their hit "Dancing in the Moonlight," which became a long-standing favorite on the Billboard charts. Despite disbanding in 1976, their music continues to resonate, being featured in various films and television shows over the years.
