Raven is a pioneering English heavy metal band, originating from Newcastle in 1974. The group was formed by brothers John Gallagher (bass, vocals) and Mark Gallagher (guitar), with a revolving lineup of drummers over the years, the most notable being Rob “Wacko” Hunter.
