Rehasher Members, Gear & Sound

Rehasher is a dynamic punk rock band hailing from Gainesville, Florida, known for their high-energy blend of ska punk, skate punk, and melodic hardcore. The group was formed as a side project by Roger Lima, the bassist and vocalist from Less Than Jake, who takes on the roles of guitarist and lead vocalist in Rehasher. Joining him are Tony on bass and Alex on drums, creating a tight-knit trio that delivers fast-paced, melodic punk anthems with a modern twist.

Rehasher's sound is characterized by its fast, aggressive punk energy interwoven with melodic hooks and dynamic rhythms. The guitar tones are often sharp and driving, relying on the punchy attack of solid body electric guitars like the ESP LTD EC-401 to cut through the mix. Roger Lima’s bass lines are both melodic and propulsive, underpinned by the warm, articulate tones of the Music Man Sterling and Music Man Stingray, amplified through a Gallien-Krueger 400RB Bass Amplifier for a rich, powerful sound. The drumming is tight and frenetic, driving the songs with precision and intensity, making Rehasher's performances both exhilarating and memorable.
