Formed in 2013 in Hartford, Connecticut, the band is fronted by Cameron Boucher (vocals, guitar), alongside Charlie Singer (drums), Ryan McKenna (bass), and Adam Ackerman (guitar). The group originated as an outlet for Boucher's alternate material, distinct from his work with the screamo band Old Gray. Sorority Noise gained early recognition with their debut LP Forgettable and continued to evolve with albums like Joy Departed and You're Not as _____ as You Think, which showcase their introspective and diverse musical approach.
