The Nude Party is an American indie garage rock band hailing from Boone, North Carolina. Formed in 2012 among a group of childhood friends and stepsiblings, the band consists of Patton Magee (lead vocals, guitar), Shaun Couture (lead guitar), Don Merrill (organ, piano), Alec Castillo (bass), Austin Brose (percussion), Connor Mikita (drums), and Jon "Catfish" Delorme (pedal steel guitar). Their sound is rooted in the clanging frat rock and neo-psychedelic vibes of the 1960s, drawing inspiration from iconic bands such as the Rolling Stones and the Velvet Underground. With a history of self-discovery and musical growth, The Nude Party has released several full-length albums, showcasing their evolution from a dormitory jam band to a polished yet raw ensemble known for their energetic live performances.
